Fish Out Of Water is a seasonal food truck serving Acadian comfort food. Our menu changes seasonally, highlighting local seafood, fruit, and vegetables, using products that are fished and farmed locally on Cape Breton Island. The food we make is simple and nostalgic, handmade in our little truck.
